Product details

Introduction

The sphere and valve body of the segment ball control valve are extruded and welded at one time, light weight, high pressure, and the valve body will not leak. Since the valve body and the pipeline are of the same material, when the valve is directly welded on the pipeline, there will be no stress, uneven stress, fatigue damage, cracks, etc. The sphere of the valve is made of stainless steel. There are double-layer supporting gaskets on both sides of the sphere, which hold the sphere (ie, a floating structure) and play the role of a valve seat. At the same time, the valve is not affected by the flow direction of the fluid.

Features

When the full-diameter segment ball control valve is opened, the diameter of the ball passage, the valve body passage and the connecting pipe are equal and form one diameter, and the medium can flow almost without loss. The ball valve can be fully closed and fully opened by rotating 90°, opening and closing quickly. Compared with the gate valve and globe valve of the same specification, the ball valve is small in size and light in weight, which is convenient for pipeline installation.
